Jury Focus Groups/Mock Trials
Jury Focus Groups and Mock Trials are a means to determine how a jury will react to your case. You try your case, either in an abbreviated or full scale manner, before a jury that has a similar background as the one you will face in the jurisdiction in which your case is pending. By listening and watching the jury deliberations, you are able to accurately identify the issues on which the jury bases its verdict and to correct deficiencies in your case. After the jury delivers its verdict, you can question the individual jurors to see what was important to them and what hypothetical facts may have influenced their decision.
